No artigo os autores demonstram que há anomalias magnéticas dentro dos núcleos atômicos, que ainda não possivel explica-las através das teorias nucleares vigentes.

On page 287 of my book NEW NUCLEAR PHYSICS, it is calculated that within atomic nuclei, the magnetic permeability is 92.5 times more intense than the magnetic permeability outside the atomic nuclei.

The article mentioned begins on page 245.


Most likely, the origin of The Case of Semimagic comes from this magnetic permeability, 92.5 times more intense, that exists within atomic nuclei.
